1. Acceptance of Terms & Company Identity

Welcome to UnWritten, an interactive AI narrative platform owned and operated by DomiSec (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, and applications at unwritten.live (or associated domains), you (“User” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately terminate access to and cease using the platform.

2. Strict 18+ Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account, browse stories, purchase virtual coins, or interact with characters on UnWritten.

• Our stories may contain mature storytelling, dark psychological themes, survival conflicts, romantic tension, and fictional violence intended solely for adult audiences.
• By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Any account discovered to be operated by a minor under 18 will be permanently deleted without notice.

3. Virtual Currency (Ink / Coins) & Strict No-Refund Policy

UnWritten utilizes a digital in-app virtual currency referred to as “Coins” or “Ink”.

• Instant Digital Consumption: Coins are used to drive interactive turn-based responses with AI characters (typically 10 coins per turn) or to unlock story parts. Upon successful payment verification via Razorpay, coins are instantly credited to your user balance.
• Strictly Non-Refundable (“No Refund Policy”): Because digital coins and unlocked story access are intangible virtual goods activated immediately upon purchase, ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE (“Koi bhi refund policy nahi hai”). We do not provide cash returns, partial refunds, chargeback allowances, or exchanges under any circumstances.
• No Real Monetary Value: Coins represent a limited, non-transferable license to generate fictional AI dialogue. They possess no real monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and cannot be transferred to another user.
• Free Allowance: All users receive free complimentary dialogue turns upon logging in to evaluate character roleplay before choosing to purchase additional coin packs.

4. AI Character Interactions & Fictional Disclaimer

The companions and dialogue generated on UnWritten are synthesized in real-time by advanced generative artificial intelligence models (including Google Gemini).

• Purely Fictional: All characters, responses, plot points, and dialogue are completely works of fiction. Characters do not represent real individuals, living or deceased.
• No Professional Advice: Fictional statements made by AI characters do not constitute psychological counseling, medical advice, financial guidance, or real-world instructions.
• AI Hallucinations: While we enforce narrative guardrails, generative AI models may occasionally produce unpredictable or anachronistic responses.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Prompt or attempt to extract illegal, abusive, non-consensual, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, bypass API rate limits, or disrupt our servers.
• Exploit coin balance vulnerabilities, payment gateways, or authentication tokens.
• Share your account credentials with individuals who are minors under 18.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All original story lore, visual artwork, character concepts, trademarks, website code, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of DomiSec and its content licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of UnWritten shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
